Esplanade House Track Record

Every year the CAA's Esplanade House exceeds national averages for transitional programs, and successfully moves people back into the community as productive members of society. We are committed to evidence-based practices that effectively help families and tell the compelling stories of the hard work of participants to achieve life changes.

We are committed to breaking the generational cycle of addiction, welfare dependency and poor education. Our program’s 2-generation approach gives families the absolute best chance to succeed and move towards self-sufficiency, because of the program structure, compassionate staff, and realistic timeframe we have developed for success. We have been creating hope and a future for children and their parents every day for over 25 years.

Sadly, some don’t make it, but those that do have changed the way our community sees the challenges and possible solutions for homelessness… after all, an Esplanade House graduate may check you in for a mammogram, take your call for a want ad at the local paper, be a social worker, or carpenter. Wherever they are, they have our donors, staff, and volunteers to thank for believing in them and supporting their efforts to make a better life for them and their children.

Want to be encouraged? Check out our Esplanade House Success Stories for just a few examples of the difference that the program is making in the lives of families.
